Refund Policy

Portal Craft Base does not sell products through an online cart. There is no checkout on this website and no digital download of comic files.

What can be refunded

If you paid an invoice issued by email or in the Bangkok room for a defined task—such as a character spotlight dossier, issue catalog, variant cover notes, briefing hour, or timeline—you may ask for a refund under the rules below.

Before work starts

If we have not begun page citation and you cancel by telephone or email, the invoiced amount is returned in full by the same offline method originally used (for example a bank transfer in Thailand).

After work starts

If indexing has begun, we refund the unused portion after subtracting hours already spent, documented on the paper timesheet. A finished dossier that you later dislike because a cameo flag feels strict is not refunded; you received the research product described.

Briefings

A reading briefing cancelled more than one working day ahead is refunded in full. Same-day no-shows are not refunded because the room was held.

What is never refunded through this policy

We cannot refund purchases you made on Veve, on any NFT marketplace, or through any Binance-compatible interface. Those transactions never pass through Portal Craft Base. We also cannot refund licensed comic content we do not sell.

Timing

Approved returns are arranged within fourteen days of agreement, subject to the banking calendar in Thailand.
